1. Σύνοψη
Το Saftera έχει σχεδιαστεί ως τοπικό εργαλείο ασφάλειας: δεν απαιτεί λογαριασμό Saftera, δεν εμφανίζει διαφημίσεις τρίτων, δεν πουλά προσωπικά δεδομένα και δεν τα χρησιμοποιεί για στοχευμένη διαφήμιση.
Ακριβής τοποθεσία, διαδρομές, προφίλ έκτακτης ανάγκης, κάρτα διάσωσης, ημερολόγιο, σημεία, αισθητήρες, κάμερα για φακό, ρυθμίσεις και κείμενο μετάφρασης επεξεργάζονται στη συσκευή, εκτός αν τα μοιραστείτε εκτός εφαρμογής.
2. Δεδομένα στη συσκευή
Ακριβής τοποθεσία, διαδρομές, προφίλ έκτακτης ανάγκης, κάρτα διάσωσης, ημερολόγιο, σημεία, αισθητήρες, κάμερα για φακό, ρυθμίσεις και κείμενο μετάφρασης επεξεργάζονται στη συσκευή, εκτός αν τα μοιραστείτε εκτός εφαρμογής.
Detailed notice: health and medical fields in the emergency profile may be sensitive personal data that you choose to enter for rescue card features. Saftera does not send this information to Waitcle servers. It leaves the app only if you manually share it through SMS, email, QR code, clipboard, screenshots, or another app.
3. Δεδομένα δικτύου
Λήψεις χαρτών, επισκέψεις στον ιστότοπο, email υποστήριξης και μοντέλα ML Kit μπορεί να επεξεργάζονται τεχνικά logs όπως IP, ώρα, URL, user agent, κατάσταση και σφάλματα για παράδοση, ασφάλεια και αξιοπιστία.
4. ML Kit
Το Google ML Kit επεξεργάζεται το κείμενο μετάφρασης στη συσκευή. Η Google μπορεί να λάβει πληροφορίες λήψης μοντέλων, ενημερώσεων, συμβατότητας, απόδοσης, χρήσης και πρόληψης κατάχρησης.
6. Service providers and international processing
Service providers may process limited technical information to support app functionality. Local location records, emergency profiles, rescue cards, journal entries, sensor readings, and translation input/output text are not sent to Waitcle servers unless you choose to share them outside the app.

These providers may process information in countries other than your own. You can avoid some external processing by not using downloads, support email, external sharing, or permissions that are optional for your use.
7. Διατήρηση
Τα τοπικά δεδομένα παραμένουν έως ότου τα διαγράψετε, επαναφέρετε την εφαρμογή, καθαρίσετε δεδομένα ή απεγκαταστήσετε. Τα λειτουργικά logs συνήθως τηρούνται έως 90 ημέρες, εκτός αν ασφάλεια, νόμος ή λειτουργία απαιτούν περισσότερο.
Clarification: local app data remains on your device until you delete it in the app, reset the app, clear app data through the operating system, or uninstall Saftera. Waitcle does not keep a server copy of local location notes, emergency profiles, rescue cards, journal entries, camera content, sensor readings, or translation text.
Operational logs for map delivery, web page delivery, security, and debugging are generally kept for up to 90 days unless a longer period is needed for security, legal, abuse prevention, or operational reasons. Support messages may be retained as needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

Μπορείτε να αλλάξετε άδειες στις ρυθμίσεις συσκευής και να διαγράψετε τοπικά δεδομένα μέσω εφαρμογής ή συστήματος. Ανάλογα με την περιοχή, μπορείτε να ζητήσετε πρόσβαση, διόρθωση, διαγραφή, περιορισμό, αντίρρηση, φορητότητα ή ανάκληση συγκατάθεσης.
Clarification: you can delete local data using app features, the app reset feature, operating system storage controls, or by uninstalling the app. Because local data is not stored on Waitcle servers, Waitcle cannot remotely access, correct, or delete it for you. 9. Ασφάλεια
