Saftera ist als lokale Sicherheits-App konzipiert: kein Saftera-Konto, keine Drittwerbung, kein Verkauf personenbezogener Daten und keine gezielte Werbung durch Saftera.
Genauer Standort, gespeicherte Standortnotizen, Notfallprofil, Rettungskarte, Journal, Sensoren, Kamera für die Taschenlampe, Einstellungen und Übersetzungstext werden auf dem Gerät verarbeitet, sofern du sie nicht außerhalb der App teilst.
2. Daten auf dem Gerät
Genauer Standort, gespeicherte Standortnotizen, Notfallprofil, Rettungskarte, Journal, Sensoren, Kamera für die Taschenlampe, Einstellungen und Übersetzungstext werden auf dem Gerät verarbeitet, sofern du sie nicht außerhalb der App teilst.
Detailed notice: health and medical fields in the emergency profile may be sensitive personal data that you choose to enter for rescue card features. Saftera does not send this information to Waitcle servers. It leaves the app only if you manually share it through SMS, email, QR code, clipboard, screenshots, or another app.
3. Netzwerkdaten
Kartendownloads, Websitebesuche, Support-E-Mails und ML-Kit-ModellDownloads können technische Protokolle wie IP-Adresse, Zeit, URL, User-Agent, Status und Fehler für Bereitstellung, Sicherheit und Zuverlässigkeit verarbeiten.
4. ML Kit
Google ML Kit verarbeitet Übersetzungstext auf dem Gerät. Google kann Informationen zu Modelldownloads, Updates, Kompatibilität, Leistung, Nutzung und Missbrauchsprävention erhalten.
6. Service providers and international processing
Service providers may process limited technical information to support app functionality. Local location records, emergency profiles, rescue cards, journal entries, sensor readings, and translation input/output text are not sent to Waitcle servers unless you choose to share them outside the app.

These providers may process information in countries other than your own. You can avoid some external processing by not using downloads, support email, external sharing, or permissions that are optional for your use.
7. Aufbewahrung
Lokale Daten bleiben bis zum Löschen, Zurücksetzen, Leeren der App-Daten oder Deinstallieren erhalten. Betriebsprotokolle werden in der Regel höchstens 90 Tage aufbewahrt, sofern Sicherheit, Recht oder Betrieb nichts anderes erfordern.
Clarification: local app data remains on your device until you delete it in the app, reset the app, clear app data through the operating system, or uninstall Saftera. Waitcle does not keep a server copy of local location notes, emergency profiles, rescue cards, journal entries, camera content, sensor readings, or translation text.
Operational logs for map delivery, web page delivery, security, and debugging are generally kept for up to 90 days unless a longer period is needed for security, legal, abuse prevention, or operational reasons. Support messages may be retained as needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
8. Kontrolle
Berechtigungen kannst du in den Geräteeinstellungen ändern und lokale Daten über App- oder Systemfunktionen löschen. Je nach Ort kannst du Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Widerspruch, Übertragbarkeit oder Widerruf verlangen.
Clarification: you can delete local data using app features, the app reset feature, operating system storage controls, or by uninstalling the app. Because local data is not stored on Waitcle servers, Waitcle cannot remotely access, correct, or delete it for you.
