2. What Saftera provides
Saftera is an offline safety utility app. Features may include offline maps, GPS status, route recording, SOS signals, Morse, flashlight and strobe tools, compass, level, barometer, emergency contact details, rescue card information, offline translation, world clock, and diagnostics.
Features may vary by device, operating system, permissions, installed map packages, downloaded language models, battery level, sensors, and regional availability.
3. Safety and emergency disclaimer
Saftera is not an emergency service. It does not contact police, fire, rescue teams, or emergency dispatch services for you unless a feature explicitly opens a system app or lets you share information through a service you choose.
Saftera is not a substitute for calling local emergency numbers, certified navigation equipment, survival training, official warnings, qualified professional advice, or common sense. In an emergency, contact local emergency services when you can.
Maps, GPS, compass, barometer, translation, rescue card information, and other tools may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or unsuitable for your situation. Test the app before relying on it, keep your device charged, and carry appropriate backup equipment for high-risk activities.
4. Your content and responsibilities
You are responsible for information you enter into Saftera, including emergency contact details, rescue card content, journal entries, and route names. Keep this information accurate, lawful, and appropriate for your use.
You decide when to share information from Saftera through other apps or services. Once you share information outside Saftera, the recipient app, service, network, or person may handle it under their own terms and policies.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Saftera unlawfully or in a way that harms others.
- Misuse siren, flashlight, strobe, SOS, or emergency features.
- Interfere with the app, map delivery, servers, or security systems.
- Attempt to extract, scrape, or redistribute map packages except as allowed by applicable licenses.
- Reverse engineer third-party software or models where prohibited by applicable terms or law.
- Misrepresent Saftera as an official emergency, government, or rescue service.
6. Mga serbisyo at lisensya ng third-party
Maaaring gumamit ang Saftera ng mga serbisyo ng operating system, Google ML Kit para sa pagsasalin sa device, Cloudflare o katulad na imprastraktura para sa paghahatid ng mapa, at data ng mapa na hinango mula sa pampubliko o mga lisensyadong mapagkukunan. Maaaring makipag-ugnayan ang Google ML Kit sa mga server ng Google para sa mga pag-download ng modelo, mga update, compatibility, mga sukatan ng pagganap, at pag-iwas sa maling paggamit. Maaaring kasama sa data ng mapa ang data ng OpenStreetMap, na nangangailangan ng attribution at available sa ilalim ng sarili nitong lisensya. Ang Saftera ay maaaring hindi tuluy-tuloy, walang error, tugma sa bawat device, o available kahit saan. Ang Saftera, ang disenyo, software, brand, at orihinal na nilalaman nito ay pagmamay-ari ng Saftera o ng mga tagapaglisensya nito.
8. Mga disclaimer at pananagutan
Sa pinakamataas na lawak na pinahihintulutan ng batas, ang Saftera ay ibinibigay kung ano at magagamit nang walang anumang uri ng warranty. Sa maximum na saklaw na pinahihintulutan ng batas, ang Saftera ay hindi mananagot para sa hindi direkta, hindi sinasadya, espesyal, kinahinatnan, parusa, o kapuri-puri na pinsala, o para sa pagkawala ng data, kita, mabuting kalooban, kaligtasan, pagkakataon, o iba pang hindi nasasalat na pagkalugi na nauugnay sa iyong paggamit ng Saftera. Hindi pinapayagan ng ilang hurisdiksyon ang ilang partikular na limitasyon, kaya nalalapat lamang ang mga ito sa lawak na pinahihintulutan ng batas.
9. Pagwawakas, batas, at pakikipag-ugnayan
Maaari mong ihinto ang paggamit ng Saftera anumang oras. Maaari naming paghigpitan ang pag-access sa mga serbisyo tulad ng paghahatid ng mapa kung makatuwirang naniniwala kami na mayroong pang-aabuso, labag sa batas na aktibidad, panganib sa seguridad, o isang paglabag sa Mga Tuntuning ito.
